RMA request service was created to assist
customers in managing their service orders
in real-time, apply for product repair and upgrade authorization,
manage and keep track any service items.
This site is accessible from any internet
explorer browser on a 1024x768 screen resolution.
Note:
New users must register an account
to request for RMAs by clicking on the button
"New User" on the left.
A registered customer can browse their
account and view all invoices and product
serial numbers. The system will also automatically
track warranty status for each product and
serial number. Customers can request for
an RMA number, check shipping and status
of any repair and manage product service
history online.

Registration Process
a) First
apply for a WebRMA account and customer
service will approve and
enable the account.
b) Click
on Register RMA to apply for an RMA number
c) Customer
service will verify and approve the RMA
number.
d) Follow
the instructions in the email to send the
units to the service depot.
e) Login
later and click on Check RMA to get the
status of the units.
